We recognize that we have all been enduring economic and socially difficult times. We at Calm Family Dental believe in reaching out and supporting our neighbors and community.
Once a quarter, we will randomly select one of our patients to provide one free dental service! To be eligible, please follow us on social media:

Rules:
1. Allow us to spotlight your amazing story!
2. One patient is randomly selected by our team per yearly quarter.
3. A total of FOUR patients will be selected per year.
4. Must follow Calm Family Dental on Instagram and/or Facebook
5. Selected patients must be established patients or new patients of Calm Family Dental.
6. Only one free treatment will be completed.
7. The selected patients are eligible for the free treatment drawing only once per year.
8. Eligible free treatments: fillings, basic cleaning, take-home whitening or Invisalign consultation.
